Fall leaves are turning colors so that can only mean one thing…Thanksgiving Day is coming! That’s right Detroit, it’s that time of the year again for Thanksgiving crafts, stories and finger plays @ the library. Join us at the Detroit Public Library for the following Thanksgiving events:

Hubbard Branch
Thanksgiving Preschool Story Hour
Tuesdays, November 4 & 25, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Come out to the library for children stories, songs & finger plays at the Thanksgiving Preschool Story Hour.

Redford Branch
Thanksgiving CraftS @ Redford
Saturday, November 15, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Duffield Branch
Relive the First Thanksgiving
Saturday, November 15, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Thanksgiving stories and Native American folklore at the library. For children ages 6 – 11 years old.

Campbell Branch
Holiday Program
Saturday, November 15, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Holiday program for ages 8 and older. Younger children must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
